We tried the "Blind Betty's HOT Caribbean Concoctions" hot sauce - it was yummy! Spicy, but not uncomfortably hot (and my palette is a bit sensitive!). We added it to rice & beans and it gave it a nice Caribbean flavor. It had a tomato-y base with an intriguing blend of other subtle flavors. Just the right amount - nothing was too overpowering.

I think I'm going to try it out next mixed with a little mayonnaise and use it as a sandwich spread.....
